Psychic Pals

Taking place in the Deadceptmageddon timeline, this tale follows the telekinetic warriors Kenshi Takahashi and Ermac as their bond grows after their initial meeting in the Living Forest.

Chapters

1. Fated Encounter - Kenshi meets Ermac in the Living Forest and immediately decides to free them from Shao Kahn's control.
2. Clarity - Upon awakening in the camp Kenshi had set for the night, Ermac feels a welcome sense of clarity.
3. Fun With Telekinesis - Sensing untapped potential within Kenshi and wishing to repay him for freeing them, Ermac offers to train him.
4. Temporary Parting - After Kenshi masters the Telekinetic Slam technique, he and Ermac part ways, though they carry the hope to meet again someday within their hearts.
5. Reunion - While wandering through the Living Forest, Ermac spots Kenshi and Sub-Zero battling Orderrealm soldiers led by Hotaru. Deciding that Kenshi's enemies are their enemies, Ermac lends their aid to him.
6. Fireside - After having managed to escape from Hotaru and his soldiers, Sub-Zero, Kenshi, and Ermac set up a camp. Kenshi learns more about Onaga, and Ermac learns why Kenshi was in Outworld.
