Deadceptmageddon

Following the original timeline, Deadceptmageddon is my take on the events spanning across the first seven Mortal Kombat games.

Chapters

  1. Test Your Might - While visiting the Lin Kuei, Sonya is shocked to discover that the clan is on the verge of bankruptcy. Sub-Zero reveals that he and Frost signed up for a game show called Test Your Might.
  2. Sub-Zero Slide - Sub-Zero attempts to show Frost a Fatality. The results are underwhelming.
  3. Best Served Cold - After Shang Tsung kills Frost and steals her soul, Sub-Zero steps in to avenge her.
  4. Crowned - Rain is shocked to discover that he was once a prince of Edenia. Johnny Cage finds this series of coincidences hilarious.
  5. Another Lesson - Sub-Zero teaches Frost a way to use her powers to their fullest potential.
  6. Of Smoke and Water - Before facing off against Motaro, Rain reveals that he stole a small fortune from Kollector and gives the bag of coins to Smoke so he can bribe Shinnok.
  7. Our Tournament Now - Ermac, Smoke, and Rain work together to hijack the Mortal Kombat tournament from Shang Tsung.
  8. Sisters - After Edenia is liberated from Outworld, Kitana takes Mileena in and attempts to teach her how to live like an Edenian.
  9. Robot Rescue - While getting tickets to the newest Johnny Cage film, Cyrax is kidnapped by a demon serving Quan Chi. Sektor decides to rescue him.
  10. Floating Ice - Frost wonders why opponents that were frozen midair remain above ground instead of falling.
  11. The Warrior That Was - Kung Lao and Cyrax are ambushed by the ghost of Sheeva, who had been slain by Rain and Noob Saibot.
  12. Krypt Raider - While searching the Krypt for treasures to sell, Frost comes face to face with its keeper.
  13. Dead Man's Chest - Taven repeatedly dies while trying to reach a chest.
  14. Apprentice's Ransom - A Lin Kuei apprentice gives Sub-Zero a ransom note informing him that Frost was taken hostage.
  15. Falling Lotus - After returning from the Mortal Kombat tournament, Liu Kang is shocked to find the Wu Shi Academy under attack.
  16. DRAW! - Shao Kahn finds a unique way to handle a stalemate between Shang Tsung and Quan Chi.
  17. Eye of the Storm - Rain visits Earthrealm at the worst possible time. Luckily for him, however, he is not alone.
  18. Mileena's Choice - Mileena makes a difficult decision while Kitana and Reptile are battling each other in Goro's lair.
  19. Reptile's Brood - Reptile comes to the realization that it was Shao Kahn who killed his people. Kombat ensues.
  20. I Brought You Into This World... - Shang Tsung is surprised to learn that Ermac has turned against Shao Kahn.
  21. A Cold Sign - Sub-Zero and Frost deal with a blizzard that may be too intense for even a cryomancer.
  22. Choose Your Destiny - Liu Kang reveals to Johnny Cage and Sonya that he volunteered himself for the tournament in hopes of sparing Kung Lao from a fate worse than death.
  23. Prodigal Blooms - Several of the masters discuss the presence of Liu Kang and Kung Lao in the White Lotus Society.
  24. ...He Almost Took You Out of It - Kenshi is relieved to find Ermac alive in Shang Tsung's palace.
  25. Missing You - Liu Kang thinks back on childhood memories he shared with Kung Lao, who is currently recovering from severe injuries in Edenia.
  26. Shaolin Trap - In his attempt to rescue Kung Lao from Shinnok, Liu Kang falls into a trap.
  27. Magenta Sai of Fate - While attempting to clear her head, Mileena accidentally hits Tanya when she throws her sai.
  28. Frozen Together - Sub-Zero accidentally freezes Rain to his arm.
